Our founder, Baindu Conté-Harvey, is a senior executive with 15+ years of experience leading nonprofit finance and operations. She launched Impact Forward to build a space where organizations can find the operational strength and strategic clarity needed to lead through transition and scale effectively. Her leadership background includes serving as COO/CFO/CRO at Equal Justice USA and VP of Finance & Administration at the Middle East Institute. Known for steady leadership in high-stakes environments, she brings a pragmatic, transparent, and people-centered approach to every engagement.
